Each leaseholder is permitted to park one vehicle on the premises. Parking spaces are not guaranteed or reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents must park in designated areas and follow all community parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles parked in non-designated areas may be towed at the owner's expense. Reserved garage parking is available at The Station Lofts for an additional monthly charge. Contact the leasing office for availability and pricing.

Pet Policy

All applicants are required to complete a pet profile through our third-party screening service, PetScreening, as part of the application process. This applies to all residents — whether you have a pet, have no pets, or are requesting an accommodation for an assistance animal.

Pet Fees

One-time pet move-in fee: $200 per pet, due at lease commencement or at the time of pet move-in Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet Maximum 2 pets per unit, with prior approval

Restricted Breeds

The following breeds are not permitted at The Station Lofts: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.

Any animal displaying aggressive behavior — regardless of breed — may be required to be removed, and continued violations may result in lease termination.
